Pancho's Backyard Puerta Maya

A must stop! The food has the most amount of flavor I have ever had. We walked through downtown cozumel on our cruise and did not really see many food options so we decided to play it safe and eat back at the port and I am so glad we did. Easily some of the best food I have ever had and will definitely be eating here again if I find myself back in the area

It's a short walk from the Puerta Maya cruise dock. Food is really good and it's a nice atmosphere where you can sit either inside or outside. Hubby doesn't like Mexican food so for anyone else who is wondering, yes, you can get American food here also.

Had an excellent time during our cruise last week. Great spot for some photo ops as well! Music, vibe, drinks, you don't need more. Tip your good service! Can be hectic with being right next to cruise pier and shore excursions, but it can be great taking in the hustle and bustle, watching the good and the occasional family drama. Humanity at its best when we're just trying to have a fun family time, and respecting other people and their culture/country. Also, shameless plug for the luchador wrestling that's not far. Do it!!!
