Warning!! Horrible Service..
:-( Sorry to share this experience but I have to warn you.. Went to Pamendis on Sunday evening (04/10) after church with my wife.. not my first visit, my 3rd.. both other times service was good and that's why we decided to go this weekend.. we were s… Keep Readingeated pretty quick.. our normal waitress wasn't around and had someone different.. she can around and brought us our drinks and then took our orders.. we asked for a tour of Italy and a lasagna and for appetizer, Meatball Sliders.. we also asked her to bring us the complimentary loaf of bread.. her attitude wasn't the best and she had to be prodded for anything and everything.. asked to speak to a manager and instead of being apologetic for the service or inconvenience, he made excuses instead.. we told him that our sliders arrived after our meal and we never received our loaf of bread.. he said that at least the sliders would be good after reheating them in an Air Fryer at home and brought us a cold, hard loaf of bread.. we never received our refills.. I sent the cold sliders back and had them removed from my bill.. we asked her to bring 2 togo boxes, she brought back 1.. and didn't bring us a bag for the left overs, never refilled our drinks but did seem bothered by us asking for her to service our table.. I usually don't leave reviews but this experience was HORRIBLE!!! And to be told by a MANAGER that we should take our appetizers home and reheat them in an Air Fryer is totally unacceptable.. I add this review as a WARNING, eat at Pamendis at your own risk!! There are plenty of other GREAT Italian restaurants out there (like Fratelli's in Grayson on HWY 78), where you don't have to reheat your food.. Soo Sad!! :-( Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the server or the manager.. Zero Stars for Pamendis Italian Grill in Loganville, GA..
