Pamela is inspiring in the heart and passion she has put into her work. She is addressing an issue that has long been present in our society but has yet to receive acknowledgement. Going above and beyond just the acknowledgment that many turn away from, Pamela is offering a place and a person to turn towards for physicians who need sustenance and also encouragement to think outside the box of the traditional employed clinics that value productivity over human connection. Thank you Pamela for all the work that you do! It is invaluable.

Pamela has been working with physicians struggling with suicide for many years and also bringing it to the attention of the general public in a way that has never been done before she started this work. Her work has inspired doctors to speak out about their own struggles and given them a chance to improve their lives and find meaning in medicine again. Her passion for this work is obvious in the time and effort she puts in with each person she tries to help. She continues to do this work and has likely helped so many that she is not even aware of. Thank you Pamela for bringing your unique voice to this issue and helping so many!
