PacWest Home Inspections

Dylan and his team are absolutely fantastic! We had him do a 11 month warranty inspection on our townhouse and he was incredibly thorough and helpful. We had questions and concerns that he not only took the time to answer but also explained from a more technical perspective that we could understand (which he clearly has acquired from his extensive history in the housing and construction industry). He was very friendly and professional and we will definitely be using and recommending him in the future. Prices were very fair and his team reached out promptly and helped us schedule at a convenient time. The report portal was very easy to understand + share with the builder.

Over my 19+ years of Real Estate in Central Oregon, I have worked with a lot of home inspectors with both buyer and seller clients. Dylan is a true professional, always responsive, very insightful and knows a lot about construction of all ages of homes. And what he doesn't know, he will do his research before commenting. Dylan has been generous with my clients and always nice! I highly recommend his inspection service!

Dylan is fantastic. Very thorough with the inspection and report. Does a fantastic job talking through with clients as well about the home and issues found. Quick to respond to scheduling and makes every effort to get you booked within your timeline.
