I have been dealing with Autumn Nelson for over a year now and have been through a lot of technical issues with my Canon ipf8300. She has tirelessly worked to help me solve these problems and has done her best to obtain fair prices on Canon inks and parts. If I was still CEO of a large company I would clone her!
