Pace Heating & Air

My furnace quit working. Mary, at PACE was able to schedule me a time the next with a tech. Jeff with PACE was the tech. He was wonderful. He recognized the issue, but then noticed where the hot air on my roof was coming out of the wrong place. He fixed the issue, which could have created problems down the line on my roof. Jeff--thank you for being wonderful! I appreciated you taking care of my furnace. The best!

I called around to try and get quotes to do an installation. We wanted to learn our options for heating and cooling our home. It was odd because a lot of places didn't seem like they wanted our business. However, Pace was super friendly and helpful. We felt their prices were reasonable and they offered some fantastic financing too! Craig feels like he might be a part of our family now. 😅 The technician that installed our ductless system made some last minute changes so that everything would look nice from the outside of our house. He did the work to the level of quality that he would do to his own home, and I'm so happy he did. He was such a nice and thoughtful professional. And my house is going to be nice and chilly ❄️⛄️ this summer. Thank you Pace!

Carson was professional and friendly. He explained what he would be doing and was able to complete it in a timely manner. He has handling our A/C and heating service the last three visits and we look forward to him handling future visits.
