I recently used Owens Plumbing to repair my water supply and sewer lines and I can’t say enough good things about them, Nathaniel, and his crew. They did a phenomenal job and made a stressful situation and major repair much more manageable. I had used another plumbing company for the past few years to clear roots from my sewer line. After they came out, videoed the line, and determined that the sewer line needed to be replaced, they completely ghosted me. I called several other companies, but most were answering services or call centers and I had a hard time getting anyone to actually come out and help. When my water supply line started leaking on a Sunday, I called Owens and a very nice woman answered the phone. She sent Nathaniel out that Sunday afternoon. We talked through repairing the water supply and the sewer line. He had the other utility lines located and marked that evening, and the next day they were back, ready to tackle everything. Nathaniel and his crew were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They pulled what looked like a four-foot pile of roots out and did an amazing job cleaning everything up when they were finished. They even rinsed the dirt off my sidewalks and replanted a bush that had to be pulled up before they left. A major plumbing repair is never fun, especially when you’re dealing with an unexpected expense, but Nathaniel and Owens made the whole process as painless as possible. I genuinely enjoyed working with them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing or sewer work. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon l, but if I do, Owens Plumbing will be the first company I call.

Our plumbing became sluggish, then stopped. The second bathroom was completely out of service. I called a previously used plumber but they had no availability. I asked for a referral, which was for Owens Plumbing, and I am so happy I did. This truly is a family owned (AND WORKED) company. I called Owens and Wilma answered. She was so kind and warm. No one enjoys paying several hundred unexpected dollars, but in such a happenstance, Owens offers a nice/smooth experience from initial call to service completion. So...fortunately, Owens had a cancelation that morning...Great luck for us! Less than 2 hours later, I received a call from Wilma informing me Nathaniel was on his way. Upon arrival, he listened then asked questions regarding our plumbing issues. He checked the bathrooms, then went under the house to assess the situation. He then presented all treatment options. We chose main line cleaning. He did a thorough job. He explained his additional findings, which was very helpful as we will be selling and moving soon. Our price point was $518 total, including tax. We have spent $ with other plumbers and our needs were not met like with Owens. I highly recommend this family owned company. Oh, I asked Nathaniel if that was he on the work truck. Excellent service. Nathaniel was the technician, he arrived on time, gave a courtesy call when he was on the way. He was very polite, and very knowledgeable. He got our main drain line cleaned out so we could use our bathroom again. He even cloroxed his work area when he was done! Would definitely recomend Owens Plumbing. Thank you for a job well done!!

One of best experiences of my life! Nathaniel and Caleb were so helpful and my time of need! My hot water heater went out and they were here the very next day . They were on time, knowledgeable, very reasonable, and professional! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
