Overhead Door Company of Salem

Thanks for the terrific service... the field rep was very courteous, fast and professional. Will definitely recommend your company when the opportunity comes up!

The overall experience was amazing. The technician (Barney) said he was going to try everything he could to fix the door instead of going straight to replacing it, as three other companies told us to do. He attempted one idea that didn't quite fix it completely so he attempted something else. He fixed it and it saved us over a $1000! Barney was professional and friendly. I appreciated that he explained everything he was going to do. I would highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Salem for your garage door needs.

I find it interesting to read the other reviews. Many 5 star reviews proclaiming excellent service, on time appointments, outstanding workmanship and fair prices. Then there are those with 1 star stating the exact opposite. Now how can that be? I don't believe it. What I believe is some people are simply hard to please and are expecting to be let down. After dealing with Overhead Door Company of Salem I'm convinced the many 5 star reviews are accurate. I received excellent communication, fair pricing, prompt arrival for the appointment and service with a smile. I highly recommend this company for all your overhead door needs. Give Kyle a call, you won't be disappointed!
