The overall experience was amazing. The technician (Barney) said he was going to try everything he could to fix the door instead of going straight to replacing it, as three other companies told us to do. He attempted one idea that didn't quite fix it completely so he attempted something else. He fixed it and it saved us over a $1000! Barney was professional and friendly. I appreciated that he explained everything he was going to do. I would highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Salem for your garage door needs.
