10/10 beyond 5 stars. Rigo did an incredible job on my Mazda Cx9. He is very detailed oriented and is amazing at communicating and explaining everything. Very humble and you can see he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend. Great customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about Rigo at OTC Tinting in Tampa. From the moment I called, he was incredibly accommodating and told me I could bring my car right over, even though I was 15–20 minutes away in downtown Tampa. He made the whole process seamless. Rigo is one of the most honest and genuine professionals I’ve ever met. He took his time on my car, was extremely meticulous with every detail, and didn’t try to upsell me unnecessarily. He made the experience really enjoyable, talking with me throughout the job and letting me hang out in the shop while he worked. His friendliness and professionalism made a big impression. The quality of the tint job is excellent. Even as someone who’s not an expert, I can tell he put a lot of effort and care into making sure everything was done right. He clearly cares about his craft and it shows in the final result.
