Trish is really fantastic to work with and is definitely willing to help with the financial aspect. The whole group is just amazing at what they do, the assistants are kind and the doctors really take the time to talk with the kids. They are super kid friendly and the additional game and movie rooms are the best....Boomer Sooner Edit....Not completely sure about the front office staff. They seemed to be inconvenienced that we were on time at 8am. There is a front entrance but we had to stand outside in the cold while they watched us . The front desk lady instructed me to sign in at the computer which did not work, so as I continue to wait for help 4 other families were checked in, apparently they were not interested in helping out my family. I feel like this place is okay but has it's faults. Please let people in the front waiting area and don't make them stand outside in the cold. And it would be nice if there was coffee available. When you pay $6000 for braces it's nice to thank about the parents too. However it stays at a 5 because of Dr. Mark.
