Orthodontics Exclusively

Trish is really fantastic to work with and is definitely willing to help with the financial aspect. The whole group is just amazing at what they do, the assistants are kind and the doctors really take the time to talk with the kids. They are super kid friendly and the additional game and movie rooms are the best....Boomer Sooner Edit....Not completely sure about the front office staff. They seemed to be inconvenienced that we were on time at 8am. There is a front entrance but we had to stand outside in the cold while they watched us . The front desk lady instructed me to sign in at the computer which did not work, so as I continue to wait for help 4 other families were checked in, apparently they were not interested in helping out my family. I feel like this place is okay but has it's faults. Please let people in the front waiting area and don't make them stand outside in the cold. And it would be nice if there was coffee available. When you pay $6000 for braces it's nice to thank about the parents too. However it stays at a 5 because of Dr. Mark.

We had a free consult for braces for my daughter. They had amazing payment plans, great reasonable rate, and were so friendly! Britney took my daughters molds and scans, and it was so easy, simple and streamlined. She explained everything for my daughter, and really helped her not be too afraid or nervous about it. She was quick and very good at her job! Bonus they have cute Halloween decorations right now! And fun play area and tablets for siblings.

We love Dr Shannon and his team! His work is the best. He took care of me 20years ago and now he takes perfect care of my children. Colton did great after care of Alyssa as well. Thanks to the entire staff! Everyone is incredible.
