Just thought I'd pass on the compliments from a couple of dentists I have seen in North Carolina about Dr. Murray's exceptional skills. I moved to NC a year ago . The dentists tells me how impressed they are with the veneers Dr. Murray made for me, also noting "how natural" they are and that at first sight the veneers were not detectable! I continue to appreciate the dental care I received from Dr. Murray. Thank you, Dr. Murray!
The atmosphere in this office is upbeat from the moment you walk in and are greeted by friendly faces at the front desk. They didn't keep me waiting long before I was brought to a room with an incredible view where the rest of my appointment took place. Victoria and Dr. Seare were thorough, made sure I understood every part of the process of what they were doing, and asked all the right questions, just as if they understood from my point of view what my best possible experience would be. Even though they've probably asked the same questions and guided their patients hundreds, if not thousands of times in the same way, they made it point to make sure I felt comfortable and listened to. Once my appointment was complete, they led me to Allie, who worked diligently through the details of figuring out how to time my upcoming appointments in conjunction with my flex spending account and insurance coverage. She didn't make me feel rushed, and reworked the details patiently with me until we had a very good plan for my teeth. How does one gather such a quality group of people together under one roof? I don't know, but I do know that by whatever miracle, it's happened at Orchard Heights Dental and I will happily go there again.
