Orangetheory Fitness

Its never the same workout which is nice because I get bored with workouts that are repetitive. Its also as challenging as you want it to be. The studio and the coaches are amazing and help push you while at the same time willing to modify any exercise for you.

I'm loving Orange Theory. The structured classes keep me motivated, and the high-energy music adds that extra push. The instructors are fantastic guides, making every session enjoyable. The rowers with digital stat screens are a great feature, and the variety of exercises across stations keeps things fresh. Highly recommended for a fun and effective workout.

I love Orange Theory! The coaches here are fantastic. I typically go to the Richmond Rd location but sometimes I use this one at the summit and I love that it’s so spacious and in such a good location!
