Optical Gallery

I've been coming here for years for eye exams and contacts. I've also gotten regular glasses and prescription sunglasses for when I don't want to wear my contacts. When I order contacts, you can choose to pick them up from them or have them shipped to your house at no extra cost. My glasses got broken one time, and they were able to repair them for me while I waited. During the pandemic, I didn't want to go in for an eye exam, but I needed to reorder my contacts. I looked at ordering from 1800contacts, but then saw I could order online through Optical Gallery as well, so I compared prices and ultimately ordered through Optical Gallery. In the past I've always scheduled by phone, but for my most recent appointment, I scheduled online, and that worked well too. They take VSP insurance.

I had a great experience there. My daughter and I felt like they were honest. 100% treated well. I seen there were some unhappy reviews. But honestly, people are just to sensitive.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I lost my backup glasses over the weekend after breaking my primary pair of glasses several weeks earlier. I called and they looked up my benefits confirmed he had lenses I could get SAME day. I walked out in less then 30 minutes with a new pair of glasses. I was able to order a second pair that will be in by the end of week. I found multiple frames I liked and really appreciated the personal and quick service. I will be back the next time I need glasses!
