Opt Real Estate

I have considerable experience with the real estate industry and its agents. For more than 27 years I have owned more than two dozen rental properties and used the services of agents that run the gamut from abysmal to excellent. Recently I purchased a home and sold my old residence with Drew Coleman’s guidance. His firm, Opt Real Estate offers the best and most comprehensive representation I have come across. With the support of his back office team headed by Allie Greiner, Drew ensured constant communication, competent advice and a smooth transaction for both properties. Drew is recognized by his competitive peers as being an industry star. He has been or currently is in the elected leadership of local, state and national real estate associations. When you add up his agency’s systems, his integrity and good humor along with peer recognition you get the whole package at the same cost as for a mediocre agent. Don’t hesitate to employ his services.

As a new home owner. I was a little overwhelmed with starting the process, but Ben Rezac and the Opt team were very helpful from the beginning. Ben helped educate me through the process and was open and available to answer any questions quickly. The team was on top of their communication and allowed me to hit each key deadline to close. Overall I was happy with the process and education from Ben and his team.

From day 1 Drew had a clearly defined and organized plan to quickly sell our house. He continuously updated us on actions taken and showings and feedback. Even in a tough market, and bad time of year, Drew sold our house near the top of the market. I wish I could give more stars. Of all the agents I've used, he is at the top of the list.... Thank you again Drew...
