The spa itself is very clean and inviting. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My fiancée and I both went in for diamond glow facials, and both of us were kind of disappointed with that service. However, the owner personally reached out to us and expressed how she wanted to make sure that we were satisfied so she brought us both back in for Hydro facials, which were amazing. Kylie is very knowledgeable and personable. We were both really impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service that the spa showed and our skin is feeling wonderful after the Hydro facial. I would definitely recommend doing research on the type of procedure you want done, but I would absolutely recommend Onyx.

I was recommended this place by Lacey, who works there and is incredibly trustworthy and sweet. The whole team is extremely kind and friendly. The place itself is adorable. Nicole was super professional and did an excellent job explaining everything and asking all the right questions. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I had a consultation with Arina today. I've never had injections done before or been in a med spa before. i didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous. She was incredibly nice, friendly, and knowledgeable both about the procedure and the medical reason I inquired about the procedure! I booked right away and am looking forward to seeing her again.
