I dont even bank here, but I needed to send money to someone who banks here. There were all sorts of issues with coordinating with them and getting things set up. The worker here, Forrest, was incredibly helpful and patient and went above and beyond to help resolve our issues. Fantastic customer service, and that is something that can't be competed with.

I recently switched to On Point from Wells Fargo and could not be any happier with the change. The best thing about On Point is their customer service; I was amazed that they knew my name after only banking there for a couple of weeks, they are always bright and cheerful and put a smile on my face. Really, their customer service can't be rivaled, I've banked at a few places and they are by far the best. I wouldn't change financial institutions if you paid me.
