Amazing staff the manager and receptionist, goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re seen the same day I definitely recommend this place and they’re open on Saturday which really helps working people all of them deserve a raise!! I was in on Tuesday afternoon, and there was a lady (Oklahoma City PD uniform ) that was screaming at a lady with tattoos and curly hair (unsure her name) she was screaming something about the insurance and the lady with the tattoos and curly hair literally was letting her speak and she apologize multiple times and advised her that it’s not anything that she can do without a referral (she did try to take her to a room to speak with her, but she refused) I guess something with the HMO I can tell you she called the insurance many times and called the owner of the clinic and he advised the same thing but the lady wasn’t having it. She did apologize multiple multiple times. And the lady was screaming at her and she handled it better than I could have that lady with the curly hair. I wish I knew her name. She definitely handled it very well. And if she ever needs a job, I would love to hire her at my office. You cannot always believe patients. I know they say patients and customer always right but in this case that patient was not right. I hope the owner sees this and I hope you consider giving them all raises for handling the situation. I’ll give kudos to all of them but definitely the one with the curly hair and I’m going to find out her name!
