We recently had our backyard turf installed by Oh My Yard, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. One of the main reasons I chose them was how willing they were to work with all of my requests. When I picked out turf samples, I had a very specific look in mind, and they had no issue ordering exactly what I wanted instead of pushing a standard option. I also had several custom requests, including having certain areas leveled, capping specific sprinklers, and prioritizing drainage since we have dogs. I wanted something that would drain well and help prevent urine odors over time. They used a specialized antimicrobial infill that doesn’t absorb or hold onto odors, and the turf we chose also has a very high drain rate. They also skipped weed cloth at my request (since it can trap odors) and instead did extra pre- and post-emergent weed treatment before installation. What stood out most was their warranty and willingness to come back if anything comes up in the future and actually take care of it, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We got multiple quotes, and Oh My Yard was not only more affordable, but the materials and turf quality were better than some of the higher-priced companies we looked at. Overall, the whole process felt easy and personalized, and we’re really happy with the end result. Honestly, I don’t really know why anyone would choose a different company for turf after this experience—unless they just didn’t know about Oh My Yard. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering turf installation. It’s been so nice—we feel like we have an extension of our home now. Our vision has been brought to life and our daughter & pups have been loving it! It’s truly been the best thing we’ve done for our home.
