Heidi Rogers has to be one the top realtors on the Oregon coast. My spouse and I traveled to Oregon to locate and purchase a beach house rental as an investment. Heidi was the first realtor to respond to our inquiry. She quickly understood what we were looking for, sent us appropriate properties and then toured us along the coast for four days as we deliberated on the opportunities she had provided us. After we chose a certain property, Heidi negotiated a lower price than what we thought was possible! Wow! How is that for having someone in your corner. Unfortunately, the inspection report findings were more that we were willing to undertake. Heidi's cordial and professional service prevailed as she assisted us in terminating the sale contract and directing the return of our earnest money. If we return to Oregon in pursuit of real estate, again, Heidi Rogers will definitely be our broker.

Stacey is Amazing. She worked with me for just about a year to find a home that worked for me and my limited budget. I am not always the easiest to deal with, and she helped me the whole way through. She is professional, great at communicating and keeping me in the loop.
