I've had an account with OCCU since 2000, with very good customer service and continuous reliability. That is in spite of traveling several times to Colombia, living there up to 9 months at a time. I always let the bank know when I was going to travel and my itinerary and never had problems with the fraud protection team. My experience has always been positive.

I disagree with the negative reviews here. I have has extremely great service. when I need to contact them, I usually leave a message when I login. somebody gets back to me right away. the service at the branch is amazing too. Never had any issues. I have been a client since January 15 2024 at the Willamette branch.
