I have been renting from Obsidian Real Estate Group/Property Management company for 3 years now and absolutely love them! They have a seamless and streamlined process for making your monthly rent payments and to also schedule maintenance requests. They are courteous and respond in a timely manner when contacting their office.

Brian has been my broker and property manager for many years. He helped me navigate the purchase, sale, tenant procurement and management on more than a dozen properties in Bend, Oregon. He currently manages a Laguna Beach income property for me. Brian is personal, professional and very competent. And, when you call, text or email Brian he responds promptly. Five stars for Brian and Obsidian Real Estate Group.
