Obsidian Bodyworks

I receive regular massage from Caitlin. She understands my physical limitations and her knowledge of musculature and anatomy allows her to alleviate a great deal of pain for me. She shows me stretching exercises and helps me understand how to do them correctly to manage pain between visits. She keeps me moving.

Caitlin was thoughtful and thorough. She clearly took my back pain issues seriously and sought my input throughout the session. She made me feel like a partner in the process rather than a passive recipient. I can't wait for my next massage with her!

Had a massage today and Caitlin did a phenomenal job! I had some areas of concern that I had chalked up to just having to deal with and she was able to give me some substantial relief! I will definitely be back.
