Oakwood Terrace Apartments

Lived at Oakwood Terrace for 2 years. John, the onsite property manager, is a great guy and we really liked having him as our PM. He was always understanding and willing to work with us on stuff. He's an incredibly hard worker and was always very nice to our two dogs. The unit itself had been redone when we moved in. My understanding is that the corporate owners had John redo each unit on his own with very little assistance from contractors. Poor guy was ALWAYS busy and stressed out because of that. Compared to other rentals we've had - in states across the country - I'd say they were decent enough. However, I felt that the rent was a little high for a semi-rural area...and it was one of the more affordable rentals we found at the time we were moving.
