NW Fit Lebanon

We’ve tried out several gyms, and when we found NW Fit Lebanon, we found our home! The owners and gym members are our 2nd family! Nolan will meet you wherever you’re at and help you get to where you want to be! We’ve been members for 2 1/2 years and still going strong!! My husband and I are both stronger than we’ve ever been! We recommend this gym to anyone, any age, any fitness level. There’s truly something for EVERYONE with the different programs Nolan has available! I love that you can have a workout program custom-made just for YOU!

This place is the best!! My husband and I have enjoyed taking class here. Nolan is a great teacher and super encouraging. I highly recommend coming no matter what level you are in your fitness journey! I plan to get my teenager in here to strengthen her knees from sports injuries too!

I love coming here and I don’t like to workout! Nolan takes such care with meeting you where you are at, and helping you progress at a steady pace, while being hyperaware of any issues you might have. He’s maybe the most positive person I know!
