Northern Tool + Equipment

Pleasantly surprised by the big, new, bright location in McKinney that was jam packed with all the cool stuff. I stopped by for a tool to release the chain brake on my saw but it is not a tool they stock (understandable). I asked the service dept if they had one and they took time out of their VERY busy day and solved my issue on the spot. So glad you're in McKinney and have an awesome staff!

My, go to place for anything I need for my car washing business! Great inventory of options, and great service. I didn’t even think to get the cashiers name but her cashier number-307012. Perfect guest service and very knowledgeable. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I left a previous review describing how poorly I was treated recently. And it’s very rare that someone responds in a positive way to your review. But I want to commend Bruce the store manager for his professionalism and how he handled this situation. Coming from someone who lives and breaths off of quality customer service. I’m leaving a 5 star cause that’s how you treat customers and he changed my mind. And Bruce regained my business by being a great leader of his store.
