Northcore USA was formed in 2012 to do one thing exceptionally well: prepare ground for what comes next. Over the years we’ve grown into a full-scope siteworks and civil infrastructure contractor serving commercial developers, hospitality groups, residential builders, and municipalities across Oregon.

We self-perform excavation, grading, and underground work with our own crews and equipment — which means tighter control over schedule, quality, and safety on every job we take on.
