We've worked with North Star for a number of years now and highly recommend they're always on top of things that need to be repaired around the house, we trusted one of our properties with them and have been really happy, We have long term tenants who are happy and I believe its how they manage and take care of the place. Their online portal is easy to use and provides the info you need. highly recommend working with their professional team.
I really appreciate the entire North Star team for supporting me through my relocation. The entire team were very helpful, kind and professional along the way. I appreciated their pro-active communication and commitment to an excellent level of service.
I recently bought a house at Lake Oswego as a rental property. While in escrow I interviewed three property management companies. One stood out above the rest. They were extremely knowledgeable of the high end LO market. I was also told they already had two potential tenants that would likely love our house. Later the next day, I was told they now have three. They showed it to one of the three, and the prospective tenants, became tenants by signing the lease. I met the tenants and they are wonderful people who I believe will treat and care for my home like I would. Ginny handled all sides of the transactions and did a very thorough job. I highly recommend working with North Star and Ginny for your property management needs.
One of the best Property Management firms i've ever worked with. Very detailed with their tenant screening, Onboarding is amazing, Post placement maintenance and support is all star. Special thanks to Spencer! A+ Team.
Zach was incredible. I was so impressed with how much time Zach spent with me to show me properties, and re-show me properties to make sure I found the right place for my situation. He was more concerned that I was happy with where I landed than with just closing a deal. I'm thoroughly impressed with how much care they had for what was right for my family and took the time to make sure we found the right place. Since moving in, the company has been incredibly responsive for all questions and maintenance requests. I'm very happy with how they operate and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.
