5-Star Review of North Star Property Management
I recently bought a house at Lake Oswego as a rental property. While in escrow I interviewed three property management companies. One stood out above the rest. They were extremely knowledgeable of the high end LO market. I was also told they already had two potential tenants that would likely love our house. Later the next day, I was told they now have three. They showed it to one of the three, and the prospective tenants, became tenants by signing the lease. I met the tenants and they are wonderful people who I believe will treat and care for my home like I would. Ginny handled all sides of the transactions and did a very thorough job. I highly recommend working with North Star and Ginny for your property management needs.
