North Lexington Family YMCA

The Y is the best place to workout and maintaining a healthy active routine. There’s many different activities for any members of the family from the youngest to the oldest!. I have been a member since 2012 and I feel like home whenever I’m there. The staff is awesome and they make you feel like home.

Super encouraging staff and fitness instructors! They keep you working hard at whatever fitness level or size or shape you are and motivate your efforts.

Staff and facilities are fantastic. The TRX, MAT PILATES, instruction Cara has transformed my body at 50. Sauna and steam room are a great ending to a challenging work out. CAN NOT say enough good things about the North Loudon YMCA.
