North Carolina Museum of Art West Building

It is a wonderful place filled with amazing art from all sorts of ages and art styles. I was amazed by how many artists the museum was able to acquire. They even had a piece from Pablo Picasso. The museum part when I went was completely free to the public, so I was able to enjoy this beauty of a museum for free. It's definitely a lovely place to visit if you are in NC.

Passing through town and it was raining cats and dogs so I decided to spend the day at the museum. As someone who travels full-time and visits museums, this one is exceptional. The museum was easy to navigate, and the pieces on display were beautifully curated. I also had lunch in the Cafe with was delicious.

Very nice public art museum with beautiful grounds and walking trails open to the public. World class art inside both main buildings and a new swinger just built on the south side near the large brick chimney. Go see the rings and get your iconic Raleigh picture inside them.
