My first time to visit Norman Regional 9 was really great. I saw Dr. Cain. He did a thorough review of my extensive medical history, reviewed all meds and why I take them, and treated my horrible respiratory infection. I dragged myself in and felt better when I left having a plan going forward. Three days later and I’m on the mend from a month long illness. The facility is beautiful. I interacted with 5 staff. At entry to direct me, registration, nurse and X-ray. Each one was friendly and professional. The location is a few miles from my house so I’m thrilled to transfer my care to Norman Regional Nine!
