The owner, Jimmy, is the sweetest, honest and most genuine man. I don't think these guys will ever understand how grateful I am. My dad was a mechanic for over 35 years and he passed away from a sudden heart attack. I am healing from his death and not only deal with the waves of grief but I lost my personal mechanic for everything car maintenance. Mechanic shops take me back too.. the smells and sounds but Jimmy is running an excellent business. The office environment is clean, welcoming, and organized. His staff are always friendly and can get me a quote quickly. Jimmy is great about working me in even with odd requests like pulling off my back seat to get it cleaned! They do honest work too! Excellent small business with great people! I will not trust another mechanic (except my dealership until my car is out of warranty booooo) but then I am freee hahah I am SO so thankful to of found Norman Automotive! Thank you all so much!!!
