Norman Air

Jeremiah came out to fix an emergency weekend problem. I had a water backup and he quickly diagnosed it and had it fixed. He also checked all of my other plumbing fixtures while he was here just to make sure they were all okay as part of my comfort solutions plan with you guy. Very nice and professional and explained what he was doing. Very happy with the service!

Jeremiah was great! Super helpful and informative. He was on time and efficient. Had to call after hours and our technician arrived 30 minutes later! This was great since we had water running outside for an unknown amount of time. Will definitely use their services again.

Very pleased with everyone, from the call center to the technicians! Great turnaround time. Enjoyed getting texts and bios as well as arrival time for my technician. Jeremiah was very professional, thorough, and explained everything in depth. He was amazing to work with! Highly recommend Norman Heating and Air!
