Norma Contreras: Allstate Insurance

I first came in to get a quote for my business, Norma was wonderful and very, very sweet! She also asked if it would be alright to quote me for my personal cars, I said yes. The quote for the business was higher than what I already had so I kept my old one but the quote for my cars was a very good deal! Ever since they've been my go-to! I recommended them to my mother and she also switched. I now only talk to Chris and he handles all my needs, new cards, new changes, new quotes, etc! He's also amazing like his mom and each time I am in contact with him, he is so helpful and so so friendly!! I will keep recommending them because the customer service is superb!!!

Everyone at Norma's office has been a pleasure to deal with. Norma's always had the best suggestions, from financial to insurance, and she is prompt and courteous in returning messages. She brings back true customer service in a time where it seems like a lost art. I am so glad that we transferred all of our policies into Norma's care from State Farm!
