Noah's Rapid Plumbing LLC

After I got a very high water bill, I found a leak in the water line between the street and the unit. I called for plumbing help, and Grant assisted me right away with clear instructions on how to shut off the water until he arrived. He came out the same day, even though it was late on a Friday, and we made a plan to excavate the line and replace the damaged pipe. Brandon came out the next day and handled the pipe replacement. It was a challenging plumbing repair because of how the original line had been installed, but the work was completed smoothly and professionally. I really appreciated how responsive, skilled, and easy to work with the team was throughout the whole process. Later, I also had them replace my kitchen sink and faucet. David was very helpful in explaining the options and helping me choose the right fixtures for the space. The installation went very smoothly, everything was connected properly, and the new sink looks great. I truly appreciate their professionalism, communication, and quality plumbing work. They are the only plumbing service I plan to use from now on.

The plumbing tech was honest, dependable, and very easy to reach. He arrived a little early for our appointment and figured out the issue almost right away. We called for a second opinion after another plumber gave us a very high estimate and said several parts would need to be replaced. After a quick inspection, Brandon noticed the shutoff was off, and once it was turned back on, everything was working properly again. He explained the problem in simple terms, did not try to upsell us, and made the whole service visit smooth and stress free. It is hard to find a plumber who is this straightforward, punctual, and helpful. I would highly recommend them for honest plumbing service in Portland.

We were very pleased with the communication and quick response from the plumbing team. They scheduled a full water heater installation within just a few days, which made the whole process easy for us. brandon was very communicative, transparent, and professional from start to finish, explaining the plumbing work clearly and sharing helpful recommendations along the way. Our home in Portland has some older construction details and a few unusual plumbing challenges, but david was able to assess everything carefully and adapt to the situation without any trouble. The new 40 gallon water heater looks great and is working perfectly. we really appreciated the attention to detail, the clean installation, and the effort to make sure everything was done right. grant and the team provided excellent service, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing water heater or general plumber services.
