Tim was very easy to work with, responded to all of our messages, arrived on time, and did a VERY THOROUGH inspection revealing some issues with the building that we had not noticed in our own inspection. He went the extra mile by noting how we could potentially mitigate the issues if we were to purchase the property he was inspecting. I would definitely recommend Nitty Gritty Home Inspections. 5 stars!

Reliable, honest and expert inspections from a great guy!
We had the pleasure of working with Tim on a purchase here in Redmond recently. His attention to detail and customer service is truly unmatched. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and took the time to explain everything in great detail. He is definitely someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty. We definitely recommend working with him.
