I had a fantastic experience at 9 Tails. My 2026 Camry LE might not be the high-end exotic cars they typically have in the shop, but the team treated it—and me—with a personal level of care that you don’t find just anywhere. They truly make you feel like a priority regardless of what you drive. I originally brought the car in for a partial front-end PPF (Paint Protection Film) and a full window tint to handle the California sun. I was so impressed with the precision of their work that I came back a second time to have the front windshield tinted as well. They used a light shade that provides incredible heat rejection without compromising visibility. During the process, they also added PPF to the door cups for a very reasonable price to prevent those inevitable fingernail scratches. Since I plan on keeping this car for a long time, having that extra layer of protection is a huge peace of mind. I’ve been back a few times now, and the service has been consistently meticulous and professional. They are honest, fair with their pricing, and clearly take immense pride in their craftsmanship. If you are looking for a shop that offers high-end quality with a personal, welcoming touch, I highly recommend 9 Tails. I’ll definitely be bringing my wife’s future Lexus here when the time comes!
