I was juggling a few financial challenges - refinancing my home while I was also making a purchase. Things with the refinance, that I had started with another group before connecting with Andy, were getting frustrating. Andy took the lead to assist me in getting that whole situation resolved. Then with my own condo purchase, there was a challenge based on the insurance coverage that the HOA had in place. This could have impacted the purchase.
