Absolutely a great IT service experience. They are rockstars, super attentive, professional, kind, and organized. Great option for small businesses in Bend, and perhaps even mid and large sized companies looking to work with someone local. I loved the founders grew up in the area too!

New Fathom have been a pleasure to work with. Very nice guys, quick to respond, supremely professional without losing the personal touch. They know their stuff and have given our organization, a small nonprofit, first-class treatment in every interaction.
Simply the best! Knowledgeable, professional, quick turn-around time, friendly, patient (and funny!).
