I brought in an earring that needed repair requiring replacement of a small diamond and a new stud. I asked if I could replace both studs with threaded ones, and was pleasantly surprised to know this was no problem! I was able to retrieve them in less than two weeks, and was very pleased with the results. Anna was awesome to deal with, also got back to me on another piece I was interested in.
