Phenomenal service! When you first walk in you’re greeted by Anthony with his signature. Hey, how are you? From then on it is such a great experience. Whether I’m in or something a little more time consuming, he’s always quick and efficient and always with a smile on his face. I would recommend going to see him for any of your banking need because he always takes the time to figure out the solution. 10/10

Visiting from out of town, stopped by to try and do a shared branching transaction because i was told a few weeks ago by my credit union in South Texas that NCU was a part of Shared branching. When I stopped in the Prosper location, Anthony & Keydra immediately greeted me and explained NCU no longer provided shared branching services. Although I couldn’t accomplish what I came for, I will say the branch is beautiful and the two mentioned above, did a great job of explaining some of the benefits and history of the credit union. Since I’m only visiting it wouldn’t make sense for me to open an account without being able to utilize shared branching-but I will be sure to spread the word to my family members that are close by!

I’m a new member that have recently become apart of the Neighborhood Credit Union in Prosper,Tx. I have to admit that I am highly satisfied with the level of service that I have received from Anthony. Very personable and ensures that all my needs are being met. Definitely recommend this Credit Union to take care of all of your financial needs!
