Nanette McClelland-Miller - State Farm Insurance Agent

Just moved to Phoenix area from out of state and needed to get my homeowners insurance set up for a new home purchase. I called Nanette and her team quickly got us up and running along with our auto insurance. Nanette and her team are super responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

When I first came to this agency, I was offered incredibly great rates on my home and vehicles. Currently, I am extremely disappointed in the routine rate increases. However, I understand all companies are raising their rates. I really enjoy calling in each month to make my payment. Krystal is the best and always treats me like a friend in lieu of just a client. The entire staff is great. Professional, yet personable. I do recommend this agency for their stellar customer service and knowledge. Coverage is great as well. I especially appreciate when they take the time, to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, I will need to search for a new company at renewal time, due to their rate hikes.

Annette was recommended after a coworker had a great experience. I have echo that. Shannon was wonderful to work with. She stayed late and made extra effort to get back through to me for payment so I would have my auto in place before the day was over. I was able to save hundreds compared to where I was.
