Nadine Shaalan, REALTOR®

In the last 6 months we bought a new house and sold our previous home using Nadine as out realtor for both transactions. The process went smoothly. Nadine's hard work, dedication to her profession and years of experience gave us confidence and assurance that removed any stress and angst that is sometimes present with these transactions. We highly recommend Nadine as an agent.

Nadine was referred to us by a family member, and we are so glad we selected her as our realtor. My elderly mom decided to move to CA from AZ, and we needed a lot of help managing the process of preparing her house for sale, listing it, and ultimately selling it since I live in CA. Even before we signed a contract, Nadine began the prep work for the sale of the house. Once we signed a contract, Nadine moved quickly to list the house and attract potential buyers. She went above and beyond what most realtors would do, offering to drive my mom as needed and assisted with a dishwasher replacement and minor home repairs. Nadine worked tirelessly on this sale, negotiating concessions with the buyers and seeing things through to the close of escrow. We highly recommend Nadine as the most caring and hard working realtor we have ever known.

We chose Nadine as our realtor and we sure are glad we did. Our initial meeting was all we needed to make our decision on who we wanted to list our home for sale. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market was unmatched. Nadine went above and beyond to sell our home, holding open houses, following up with potential buyers and realtors. Her communication during the process was top notch and made the selling process seamless, even in a tough market. We would highly recommend Nadine to anyone looking for an experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable professional for your real estate needs. If the need arises in the future, it is comforting to know we can count on Nadine.
