Mt Bachelor Property Management LLC

Mt. Bachelor PM has been a great company to work with. We've been in our rental for almost 2 years. Last night our furnace went out around 9pm and they contacted us first thing in the morning to have a heating and cooling company come out. The furnace won't able to be fuxed until a part comes in so they brought us over some. Space heaters to help out. The property manager Andrew called personally to make sure that we were doing ok and are staying warm enough.

The team at MBPM is always responsive to questions or repair issues, staying in contact with a personal touch. The repair people with whom they work are top-notch. A complete pleasure to be in relationship with this team.

By far THE BEST property management company in Bend! They are attentive, understanding, honest and transparent. I’ve had the displeasure of working with another company that I will leave unnamed (DPM) and this is like night and day - Mt .Bachelor actually seems to care about the tenants safety and well being! Crazy right!? Lisa Berg, Andrew Berge, Alan and Karisa are an amazing team! Even in times of frustration, they come through and make it right. Thank you! You guys are awesome!!!!
