Mr Rooter Plumbing of Lexington KY

The service was excellent however, the price seemed very high for the work I had done. I only needed my water heater disconnected, moved out of the way so I could new flooring down, then re-connected. For this service only, it cost me $1,000+. I was unfortunately in a situation where I didn’t have time to shop around, so I had no choice but to pay. Had I been in a different situation, I would have definitely explored other providers for a price check. So, the reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of this. I am not sure if there is a flat rate for this or commission based but I would encourage Mr. Rooter taking a second look at the prices in which you are charging customers. Maybe my technician knew I had no choice, so I got somewhat price gauged. I don’t know, but it just seemed very excessive for the scope of work. Aside from this- Mr. Rooter company was very professional, great to work with and excellent service.

Steve was very helpful and thorough, fixed the garbage disposal and answered any questions I had. Also provided helpful information/assessment of my water heater. The team was helpful and communicative and scheduled my appointment as soon as they could.

Did a good job especially because they came the same day we called.we had called a different rooter company the day before and set an appointment also spoke with other company's person to confirm appt that morning, waited all day they did not come when called they seemed to have forgotten about us. That's when we called Mr.Rooter they came that day to check it out even though it was late and said they be back in morning Mr.Rooter had to replace our drain line due to its age .did a good job keeping us informed all the way.
