Mountain Resort Properties Sunriver Vacations Made Simple!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The property is well kept, clean and cozy. We were pleasantly surprised that it had all the necessities. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. My kids were a little disappointed that the Wii listed was nowhere to be found but otherwise everything was as expected or better. We would definitely stay at this property again. Maybe next time during the summer so we can enjoy the pool and other nearby attractions

We stayed at 13 Timber for 5 nights over Memorial Day weekend. There were 4 of us (3 adults, one 11 year old). The house has been updated with good appliances. The beds were all comfortable. We loved the games in the main room. the open floor plan is great for entertaining. The main TV was very big and nice to have. All needed kitchen accessories were provided. We didnt need the A/C, but was nice to have the option. The hot tub was great. the house was clean. Although the provided bikes were a little older, we still used them and had a fun time. We used the SHARC access passes. At first I thought were were too far away from the village, but really it's not far at all. I would easily stay here again.

A great house for large groups. It's nicely laid out with ample bedrooms, bathrooms, activity areas and kitchen/living area. Two dining areas and bar stools added to the ease of meals and accommodating simultaneous activities and conversations. The only slight downside was the kitchen was stocked with fairly old pans and limited sizes for large groups.
