Spencer was nice knowledgeable and got our heater up and running quickly would recommend to everyone. Update1: Joe was OK just seemed to be in a hurry. He came out and replaced the water heater for us on a Saturday. The price was high for a senior citizen widow on a fixed income at $2300. Water heater is not sitting on the base even, scratches on the tank with dents, expansion tank and flue not straight just seems like rushed work for the price. I do like the warranty and how fast it was put in just disappointed overall. Update#2: Billy came out today and did an excellent job fixing the problems with our water heater. Quality work will ask for him and recommend him to everyone.
