Molly is absolutely incredible! She works tirelessly to help you achieve your goals. She's extremely knowledgeable, has tons of great resources and connections, and is very communicative. Our home buying situation was particularly tricky due to a crumbling foundation on our old house. Molly made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She helped us get into a beautiful home and was very patient with all our texts, emails, and concerns. Molly knows the market, does an amazing job marketing properties, has resources for anything that might be needed, and has impeccable communication skills. She is a master of her craft. Molly Edwards was our realtor when we sold my Dad and step-mom's house after my Dad passed. She was smart, knowledgeable, patient, and communicative. I especially appreciated her connections to reliable contractors to help fix things around the house, deep clean the house, and keep the yard maintained. She and her connections also did a remarkable job of staging the house—transforming it to a chic and desirable space. Finally, she helped us weigh the different offers we received and her deep knowledge of the Salem real estate market helped a ton. I highly recommend working with Molly!
