Molly was highly recommended to me by a friend and I'm very glad they recommended her. Molly is amazing. During a chaotic and stressful move across country I felt comfortable trusting her with everything related to selling my house and she did not disappoint. She sold my house quickly and for full asking price. If I were looking for a house in the Salem area I would 100% want Molly as my agent again. Thank you, Molly!
Molly gets results. The sale of my house closed less than a month after it listed, above asking price. Molly knows the market, does an amazing job marketing properties, has resources for anything that might be needed, and has impeccable communication skills. She is a master of her craft. I couldn’t have asked for a better process or result. Thank you so much Molly . .
Choosing Molly as my realtor for the sell of my home was truly one of the best decisions I could have made through this journey. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and I always felt she genuinely had my best interests at heart. Selling a home is undoubtedly a stressful process, but having Molly by my side absolutely made the process feel much smoother. Molly’s communication and gentle approach is exceptional—I always knew what was happening every step of the way, and she was quick to respond. If you’re looking for a realtor, Molly is the best of the best!
Molly Edwards was our realtor when we sold my Dad and step-mom's house after my Dad passed. She was smart, knowledgeable, patient, and communicative. I especially appreciated her connections to reliable contractors to help fix things around the house, deep clean the house, and keep the yard maintained. She and her connections also did a remarkable job of staging the house—transforming it to a chic and desirable space. Finally, she helped us weigh the different offers we received and her deep knowledge of the Salem real estate market helped a ton. I highly recommend working with Molly!
Molly is absolutely incredible! She works tirelessly to help you achieve your goals. She's extremely knowledgeable, has tons of great resources and connections, and is very communicative. Our home buying situation was particularly tricky due to a crumbling foundation on our old house. Molly made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She helped us get into a beautiful home and was very patient with all our texts, emails, and concerns. If you have a chance to work with Molly or refer a friend to her, you absolutely WILL NOT regret it.
